Message from the Principal

Dear Families,

Welcome to a new year and new opportunities for student learning and growth. As we begin this next chapter together, we are excited about the progress ahead and grateful for your continued partnership and support.
This year, we have introduced a higher level of academic rigor for our students. We recognize that increased rigor can sometimes feel challenging, for students as well as for teachers. However, we believe deeply that all students are capable of meeting high expectations when they are supported, encouraged, and challenged in meaningful ways. By setting these expectations, we are communicating our confidence in every learner’s ability to grow and succeed.

As we move forward, we anticipate that our school community will rise to these expectations together. In the new year, we will continue to learn and grow together, with a strong focus on consistent learning targets, sustained academic rigor, and new attendance initiatives designed to support students in being present and engaged every day. Regular attendance remains a critical part of student success, and we look forward to working with families to strengthen this important area.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to our students and our school. We are excited about what lies ahead and look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and shared success.

Sincerely,

Kara Davidson, Principal
